My wife was sent to ER by the oncology pharmacist, who works with her regarding her cancer meds, because of swelling in her legs. She was admitted and stayed 3 nights. Her care was outstanding, especially all the nurses who were compassionate and caring. But we'd like to give special thanks to Tiera Kennedy, for her very thorough and caring way she gave us discharge instructions. She was obviously very knowledgeable and wanted us to fully understand my wife's illness and what we need to do to keep her healthy. Thank you for caring, you were awesome. I hope her supervisors and hospital administrator see this.

FIrst off all a piece of my tongue is missing. Secondly, I have a big wound on my right arm. Thirdly, I have bruises on my SHOULDER I asked the doctor and staff know one seems to know what happen to me. FOURTHLY my specialty bed over heated. It felt like I was in a Sauna. They ordered me new bed, which later collapsed in the middle. HURT MY BACK. So they transferred me to the original bed. That bed was position higher then the collapsed. Charged nurse pulled my left are very hard, while the other staff pulled the sheet under. This was a negative experience to me.

I came here because my son had surgery here. I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience was wonderful. From the time we were in registration the lady there was definitely patient and put a bracket on me first and then on my son that caused him not to freak out. While they we're getting my son ready for surgery there was a nurse that was absolutely amazing. She was patient and helped my son. She was helpful till the second I took my son to the surgery room. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. Also the cafeteria food is good and reasonably priced. I would definitely return.
