Horrible, purchased a gift certificate for my wife for mothers day, thinking she would enjoy it. She tried to book an appointment with them both on-line and on the phone leaving numerous messages never once was responded to. I had a text number given to me by the employee who sold me the certificate on mothers day, she responded (several days later) and confirmed , the booking for both my wife and my daughter, that was made several weeks in advance. The day my wife and daughter went, the shop was closed, the employees showed up about 10 minutes late. My wife and daughter only wanted a wax and clean up done on there eyebrows, the wax was not ready, and when they applied it to my daughter, they seared her with the hot wax. They rushed through the entire appointment since they had three to four other appointments, waiting. The quality of work according to my wife and daughter is even worse , both of them could not wait to leave. This place is a joke, and one would think they would be on there game since it's portrays itself as a higher end establishment. When I called to speak to the owner, about the experience she would not come to the phone.
I booked an appointment using Vagaro. Shareen Adair did not show up for the appointment. I was assured by the other technician that my credit card would not be charged however they went ahead and posted the charges. I have tried to contact the business for a refund as well as Vagaro. The business is nonresponsive and Vagaro says it's not their problem to solve! Share your credit card information with this business and Vagaro at your own risk.
I am not one to write negatives reviews, but feel this is a must. I had gone to get my first eyelash lift and tint done before a birthday vacation 2 weeks ago. I have long eyelashes and thought this would a great alternative for wearing mascara. After my appointment my lashes seemed over done and we're touching the tops of my eyelids (very uncomfortable). Because this was my first lash lift I assumed the lashes would "settle" within the the next few days. The next morning I left for my vacation and my eyes became extremely itchy. Fast forward to day 4 I had swollen, red, painful eyes. I emailed the salon, left a voice message, and called multiple times (no answer) looking for some guidance on my swollen eyes and over curled lashes. I never received any sort of communication back. I explained in my voicemail I didn't even care that my eyelash looked ruined I just would like some help on the extreme allergic reaction I was experiencing. Could I take the solution off? Is there something they recommend doing? It's been 2 weeks since and I'm just hoping my eyelash return to normal within the weeks to come. After lots of Benadryl and icing my eyes are no longer swollen, but my lashes are crimped, frizzy, and sitting right against my eyelids. I'm so upset to say the least. Very unprofessional to not contact me back and the work done seemed rather inexperienced. Not to mention my birthday vacation was spent in pain with swollen eyes.
