Awesome what more can I say! Staff are friendly and informative. Incredibly patient with pups. Lots of wagging tails and friendly faces! Best little doggie day care and grooming in Walnut Creek. Parking is free. I would recommend this business to a friend!

I just changed groomers and switched to Hound Lounge in Walnut Creek. I just picked up my dogs and they are sparkling clean, adorable, and happy. Mini at the front desk is kind and professional. She asked if my dogs got along with other dogs so she could let them with the other dogs in the doggie day care once they were groomed. It was so cute seeing how happy they were when I picked them up and seem to enjoy playing with the other dogs there. Rachel and Margo did excellent work in grooming our dogs. I appreciate this company's clear communication. More times than not, they answer their phone so you can speak to them without having to leave a message. They are quick to reply to emails or text messages. I'm absolutely thrilled! I'm so happy Hound Lounge now has two new furry friends as customers. Lucy and Little Girl say "thank you team Hound Lounge."

We've taken our little Westie mix here 2-3 times and the grooms have been fantastic every time especially since he's a bit difficult to handle! I love that they let him play in the little dog area after he's done and we can peek in and see him since the office has glass windows in the front and back. Their office is clean and they do a great job with the groom. Whoever we had for our dog 7/19/2023 (sorry I can't remember the name) was fantastic with him! The biggest downside definitely has been their lack of organization and multiple times when I've called, they needed to take my number down to be called back by the scheduler. I don't understand why they don't just have that person answer the phone then? The new groomer seems fantastic but they definitely just need to work on getting organized after what seems like a lot of management changes.
