At first i thought i had found an ideal bank until i realized money missing. At first i thought it was me. So then i stopped loading money into the account period because my balances continually kept being akward. So on 11-1-2024 i went loaded my card made a purchase and i know what happened exactly, the bank overdrafted my account although, I SET THE TRUST ACCOUNT UP FOR NO OVERDRAFTS.
Maria and other ill informed individuals deny the attorney-in-fact, proper remedy or contact with their counsel so that we can sit down and sort through Marias lies and the theft of deception retaliation (from Maria) and fraud committed by first horizons banking system.

We tried to refinance with this awful mortgage broker a couple years ago. They messed up our loan so badly that they failed to lock our rate, and when it was time to close the loan, the rate we thought we had secured was no longer available. The broker just shrugged his shoulders and said, "oh well" but did absolutely nothing to try to make it right. I would never use this place.
