During the past year I have consistently attended 2-3 classes a week and I couldn't be happier with everything about this gym. The staff at this gym truly sets it apart. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional are words to describe Jeremy and Evette. They make each visit a delightful experience. They provide expert guidance, motivate members and help individuals who need modifications during class. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly a priority at this gym as equipment is wiped down after class and the gym is cleaned at the end of the day. Awesome gym, loved the overall energy and atmosphere of the place. They started the workout exactly on time. Coach Jeremy was really helpful in correcting movements and giving positive vibes throughout the entire session. Definitely a great consideration for people looking for a great workout and pleasant environment. ??
Jeremy runs a great F45 location! Super challenging workouts, great instruction and motivation, good community with the other members, and excellent location! Would recommend F45 to anyone looking for a life changing workout routine! I love it! Would never work out this hard on my own…
