I had my procedure performed yesterday by Dr. Wadwa and from the check in to the nurses and the Doctor performing the procedure were absolutely phenomenal. I can't remember the nurses names but I can assure you, going to that facility, you will be in amazing hands. They are all sweet, kind and very caring and I can't thank them enough for their services. You won't be disappointed

The clinic has at least one great doctor, based on my experience, Dr. Mullen. She expertly detected a type of polyp that can challenge gastroenterologists. However, the clinic itself appears to be poorly run. I waited a long time, at least an extra hour, after fasting for a first colonoscopy. That part was okay, since to me, it means the doctor is caring and attentive to detail with the patient ahead of me who they said had unexpected issues. My issue is the lack of professionalism of the administrator or manager who loudly discussed personnel issues within earshot of patients. The discussion included that an employee mistakenly deleted a new nurse's I-9 form and they went back and forth a while on that. Then, he counseled the nurses on handling the flow of patients (it was a bit like a human factory assembly line) and in doing so, he mentioned how overwhelming "female hormones" can be, as a factor for his recommendation. Too many women in one place etc. I felt comfortable with the doctor and appreciated her expertise. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the place overall, based on what I overheard (very loudly and clearly) while I waited.
