Valery came in to assess the condition of my attic which unfortunately had been at the mercy of some pesky roof rats. From the initial high quote , managed to get the bid down to a reasonable cost. Three man crew headed by Brendan turned up the next day and did an outstanding job preparing the house prior to insulation removal by putting plastic and my floors , stairs and white walls. The job was completed in 4 hours for a 700sqft attic space. Highly recommend getting this done if you have an infestation as they will sanitize the affected areas, use mesh wire to cover up spaces where rodents can potentially get in and then they will set traps and return a couple of weeks... read full review

I was very pleased with this team's responsiveness, professionalism and fair pricing. We had had a water leak that damaged our living room wall. We needed to replace the moisture barrier, insulation and add new sheetrock -- once we confirmed the estimate, and aligned on it, they had a crew available for the work the following day. This has been a very good experience, with no drama or delays. Recommended!
