I've been to many nail salons in my day, but Kool nails is now my very favorite. Both for the friendly atmosphere and for the quality of the work they do. No corners cut, and they will recommend what type of service is best for your specific nail beds/type. It's the only salon I can totally relax in, knowing they are so detailed and thorough that the nails will be exactly what I want. And they are also open to very specific requests too. I've come in twice now for kinda complicated extension manicures, and each time they've been perfect and lasted me about 6 weeks! I heard about this place through a friend. I requested an appt on Yelp! and I heard back from the owner very quickly. She gave me an appt for the same day. I was greeted upon arrival, they started on time, offered me coffee, tea or water, and started my pedicure in a comfortable massaging chair. A second person started on my manicure part way through the pedicure. They were both so good, and had to clean up my skin and nails, which were in bad shape. Going in, I didn’t think I’d leave with my nails looking as good as they do! Everyone was so kind and good at their craft. I couldn’t be happier.

The staff at Kool nails is very friendly & they have the best pedicure massage chairs!! Thao does an amazing job on my nails every time & is incredibly kind. The skin around my nails is sensitive and I have a lifted cuticle and Thao took her time to make sure I felt comfortable and did a great job taking off the gel with a tool bc the electric file kinda hurts for me in general. I really appreciate the extra effort and the overall vibe and energy of the staff:). Will definitely be making this my new go to nail salon! They have good availability too and I didn’t have to wait days to go in. Thank you Thao!!
