“BJ is a gem of a driving instructor. She went out of her way to give both my drivers-in-training a ton of practice, insights, tips and tricks. One of my children had her behind-the-wheel test at a DMV with tough driving conditions. BJ drove her to this location on every driving lesson (a 45 minutes drive in traffic) so that she got familiar with the pedestrian and traffic patterns. Thanks to BJ's patience and upbeat attitude both my children aced their behind-the-wheel tests on the first try. You are a star, BJ! Thank you. Kelly is very customer-oriented and follows through on her commitments. She is a scheduling wizard. One of her driving-test vehicles developed an engine problem the night before my daughter was to take her test. Kelly got a substitute vehicle driven in from Sacramento to the Bay Area the next day to ensure my daughter would still make her testing appointment at the DMV. Kelly saved the day and my daughter passed the test. My impression from my interactions with Tri-Valley Driving School (Kelly is one of the owners) is the company values the customer experience and less about the money. I recommend Tri-Valley to anyone seeking a good combination of driving instructors and a great experience scheduling classes and driving tests for young, first-time drivers.“
