Catherine is amazing! I came to her with some lower back pains and elbow issues and seeing her has made a huge improvement. The office is spotless and she's a great educator in helping me understand what is going on with my body.

Catherine is a very skilled and highly effective massage therapist. She, in conjunction with my chiropractor, has been a tremendous help in managing my back and related problems (stenosis, sciatica, etc). Not only is Catherine a very good massage therapist, she is also a very nice person and a pleasure to interact with. I almost hesitate to recommend her because she is so good she books up quickly.

I have been a massage therapist for 20 years and a chiropractor for 10, so it goes without saying that I know bodywork. I have received hundreds of sessions over the years and can say, without a moment of hesitation, that Catherine has some of the best hands and techniques I have ever experienced, and is easily one of the best massage therapists in the East Bay.
