This place is awesome. I am not a fan of even the idea of trying something out of my norms but my wife (regular attendee) told me to give it a shot. I did so and enjoyed every session I had. Unfortunately I have been too slammed to make it consistently. But, the teachers, staff, training, and outcome is all there! I highly recommend this location and this experience.

I maintain an unlimited membership with Club Pilates Walnut Creek and have been attending classes at least 5 days a week since they opened 3 years ago. The studio has become almost daily ritual for me mainly because the class instruction varies everyday based on the different instructors and rotation of equipment they use to keep it fresh. The daily workout is efficient (50 minutes) and has definitely helped me to the maintain muscle, balance and flexibility that we all need, especially as we age ( I'll soon be 69). Saba is an excellent teacher. I’ve taken both her level 1 and 1.5 classes and immensely enjoyed both. She explains the exercises in a way that is easy to follow and provides techniques to make accommodations if needed. She is one of my favorite Teachers at Club Pilates Walnut Creek.
