If there were any questions I had Lan would answer them with the utmost professionalism and politeness. She helped me go through the loan process with ease. Lan made the nerve-wrecking process of getting approved for a mortgage very smooth and painless. She walked my husband and I through each step thoroughly and made us feel at ease when we had no clue what we were doing. We were in constant communication and she was super responsive when any questions came up. She even let us know when she may not be reachable because she would be at her kids’ sports game because she knew we were so nervous. She is so sweet and thoughtful and sent us a house warming gift and cards during the holidays.
