I could just kick myself for not doing this sooner. I have fought with ants each summer ever since I moved to this house 10 years ago. Someone finally talked my into using an exterminator, and the results are miraculous! Called on a Wed morning and left a voicemail. Jeanette returned my call within an hour and apologized for missing my call and that she didn't have an appointment available until Monday.(neither apology was necessary in my eyes) On Monday, Ken showed up a few minutes early, to a look and told me what he was going to do. We have used Bugs Be Gone for the last couple of years. Originally for spiders and lately for fleas and ants. Scheduling is easy and they have gone above and beyond to provide last minute service during a recent battle with ants. The entire team is very professional and we are glad we found them!
