The best and super affordable! Great service and I highly recommend them. I've used their services throughout the last 10 years as I've moved around quite a bit as well as referred them to many of my friends and family.Bob takes care of everything you need to have peace of mind against pests. He and his wife are extremely personable. In my first home located in Concord, we had black widow spiders scattered throughout the property. He jokingly said they make great pets and proceeded to geek out about different arachnids while removing them. After his organic-safe-for-kids-and-pets treatment, we didn't see anymore pests around. He saw issues that needed to be addressed to avoid other invasive pests and he took care of that preventative treatment with no added fees. I believe this is called extrusion?My parents home had a bat infestation/invasion and he safely sealed all entry points back into their home after scaring the bats off, again with no extras fees. The bats have not returned. That's pretty epic.I've moved to different areas throughout the bay and had friends and family with a wide range of pest issues. I'm happy to report he's been able to take care of the different issues from wolf spiders, garden spiders, earwigs to rats and bats. I also really appreciate that you don't have to leave your home during the interior spraying.Not sure what else I can say, I'm very pleased with the lack of pests. Highly recommend Bugs Be Gone!

I could just kick myself for not doing this sooner. I have fought with ants each summer ever since I moved to this house 10 years ago. Someone finally talked my into using an exterminator, and the results are miraculous! Called on a Wed morning and left a voicemail. Jeanette returned my call within an hour and apologized for missing my call and that she didn't have an appointment available until Monday.(neither apology was necessary in my eyes) On Monday, Ken showed up a few minutes early, to a look and told me what he was going to do. He sprayed around my foundation, around the fence line, around the garbage can area, inside the sun room where there was an ant super highway. He also left 3 ant baits in the kitchen in case any snuck through. I don't know if the baits when work because there are NO ANTS! None. To say I am pleased is an understatement! The price was good, too, not much more than I spent each summer at the hardware store for baits that didn't fully work. First ant I see next summer, I'm calling Bugs Be Gone!

We have used Bugs Be Gone for the last couple of years. Originally for spiders and lately for fleas and ants. Scheduling is easy and they have gone above and beyond to provide last minute service during a recent battle with ants. The entire team is very professional and we are glad we found them!
