Recently moved to a property with past rodent activity and obtained quotes from several local companies. Brick and Hammer was easily the most responsive, the least pushy, and offered several potential options based on current needs and budget. Throughout the multi-step process of rodent proofing the home and extensive duct work, office manager Rachel was exceptionally communicative. She answered my countless questions timely and ensured I was kept apprised of the team's schedule and activity at all times. Owner Sean was great in advising on repair solutions, making multiple visits to ensure his team sufficiently addressed each necessary repair, and honest in noting where there were issues not worth spending money on immediately. The Brick and Hammer team was prompt, approachable, and professional from beginning to end - highly recommended!

Brick & Hammer are very thorough and professional. They were effective in securing my basement/crawl space from rodents - the traps they left behind went unfilled despite having bait on them. They were responsive throughout; I would gladly recommend this company and would do business with them again.

We received a number of different quotes for our rodent proofing, but by far Sean and Rachel had the most honest and fair bid. We chose them because Sean walked through everything that needed to be done and why. He was very through and completely trust worthy. His team worked quickly and did an excellent job. I was sent photos and explanations of the work throughout the entire process. They answered questions professionally and quickly. Rachel was wonderful to work with as she guided me through the process and worked with us patiently to find dates. Sean was there to inspect his team's work and to review it all with me. The next day they even came back to investigate a separate issue. I highly recommend Brick & Hammer for their fairness of price, quality of work, and incredible professionalism.
