“Upon leaving my previous review, the business owner promptly contacted me. He was genuine and sincere in seeking what the problems were, then immediately went into solution mode. He offered to refund the cost of my cut (which I refused as he is in business to make money), however, I did take him up on making it right and letting him cut my hair on my next trip, free of charge (I left him a tip). Sure enough, the cut is top notch. During the cut, he explained the pricing scale, which made sense. I did let him know that all I wanted was a military style cut, not too high on the sides, beginning with a zero guard.
