He offered to refund the cost of my cut (which I refused as he is in business to make money), however, I did take him up on making it right and letting him cut my hair on my next trip, free of charge (I left him a tip). Sure enough, the cut is top notch. During the cut, he explained the pricing scale, which made sense. I did let him know that all I wanted was a military style cut, not too high on the sides, beginning with a zero guard.
