These guys really earned all five of these stars. A. They responded with a good price in record time. B. They slotted me into a cancellation and the work was done the next day! C. The job was a real bugger. The tech, Richie, had to chop out some wildly overgrown Natal Plum (big nasty thorns); dig almost 6' down to the leaking pipe; then cut out the broken pipe. And finally, splice in the new pipe. They hung in to get the job done and not have us stuck overnight. Is there a six-star rating? I sure would.
I received a prompt response from WWP after I had emailed a scanned copy of the annual VWD backflow test requirement letter saying the test was scheduled to happen in a few days. Great work... read full review
I had a great experience with Water Wise -- Desiree quickly helped me schedule an appointment time to have a gas line repositioned as the existing one didn't line up with a new stove I bought, so my shiny new stove was standing proud from the cabinets by about 3 inches. No problem for Fred; he came out, provided what I felt was a very reasonable quote, explained the process that was involved (turning off gas lines, opening up a portion of the drywall, replacing certain parts, etc.) and he got to work.
