Yesterday, on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, after I called and I spoke to Abigail the medical receptionist, I asked her to ask Dr. Li to please send my medication orders over electronically to my local Pharmacy. Abaigail placed me on a brief hold, then she said she will ask Dr. Li if she has sent over my 2 medication orders to my local pharmacy to pick up today. Then Abagail told me that Dr. Li has just sent over her orders for my medications and I should call my Walmart Pharmacy to ask when these two medications will be ready for me to pick up sometime today. I did call yesterday and this pharmacist Wen said these 2 medications will have to be special ordered from their supplier and they should be ready for me to pick up later this afternoon. After I called this Tri-City Primary Care Office 3 times I was able to get my medication order resolved from Dr. Xiang Li.

I began seeing Dr. Brar as my new primary care doctor in the 1st week of January this year. I had back and knee pain and MRI diagnosis from my previous care team describing stenosis, arthritis, and disc issues. Instead of referring me immediately to orthopedics, he asked me to try a new, "intermittent fasting" diet. I easily adapted to this diet and have lost 43 pounds (~20% of my weight) without feeling much hunger. My back and knee are no longer needing intervention and I feel great. Thanks, Dr. Brar, you've made a significant change in my life of 77 years!

Great practice!! Dr. Shali has been superb at listening, analyzing and collaborating to achieve optimum full system health, not just "hip-shooting" a prescription to get the patient out the door. Rather, she has eliminated some and cut other prescriptions in half with great results. The administrative staff has been exceptional in their compassionate approach to listening, addressing the issue, then providing feedback as to what the patient should expect next. Their prompt attention to phone calls and the patient portal has been exemplary and a very pleasant surprise! I'm very happy with this practice!
