Lauren is a true professional as is her installation crew. She came out and measured and quickly turned a quote around. She worked with me on the installation date since I had a lot of moving parts. Her installers showed up when they said, did a nice job installing, and cleaned up their mess. They made great decisions on where to put the seams and did such a great job that I don't even notice them. Had a great experience buying the carpet, however installation was not as great. They charged me to move the furniture but installers didn't actually move it. When I asked them to they told me no that they will just work around it. Screws were found all over the room from my bed that they didn't properly take apart and put together they just moved it around aggressively....also, there was no follow up after installation. However, I am happy with the carpet itself.
