Ashley ward owned her own shop prior to coming to send to Sydnees Vista. She is without a doubt, kindest, and most knowledgeable and gentle groomer I have ever experienced for my Phone, my selfie rose Sophie Sophie rose.I honestly think Ashley? was born to be "" a dog whisperer she loves them dearly. Even those that have been neglected. She never gives up on them. I have been with Ashley? for Sophie for about four to five years and I can't say I have ever more portly Sophie has ever been , not growmed with perfection and kindness from Ashley? The prices more than doubled since my last visit. I brought my Maltese mix and it was $80.00 for a generic non-breed specific cut. Had I known the cost beforehand I would have went elsewhere, but I was unaware that it would be $80.00 until after the service was completed. In the past they informed me of the total cost beforehand, also I noticed later that they do have their prices on the wall (which is new since my last visit), but I wasn't concerned about the cost as I assumed it would be the same as my previous visits around $30.00, or at least somewhere in the ballpark. I called and asked if they did cat grooming and she said they don't provide any cat services but the lady on the phone was so helpful and I'm writing this review because I appreciated her help. She referred me to a place just down the street. We're going to see them soon.
