I can't recommend Superior Fence. Sadly, our experience with them has been far less than superior. Actually far less than marginal. We trusted the reputation of the brand. HUGE mistake on our part. Apparently in Knoxville TN there was an ownership change and somehow we ended up with the short end of the stick. No longer will I trust franchises for home improvement projects. Buyers Please Beware! What a mess‍

We had Superior Fence put in two gates on our property. Both are extremely high quality, but best of all, their customer service is outstanding. We had some concerns about the way the second gate turned out, and they remade it for us. Not only that, it was BETTER than the original design. It's outstanding, but more than that, their crews are pleasant, easy to work with, and are so customer-focused. I give them my highest recommendation.
