Rik did a full replacement of our tile roof. His told us exactly what it would take to do the job and his price was fair. He does the estimates and bids himself so he's not paying clueless salespeople who waste your time and pad the bill. And if he tells you something needs to be done, take his word for it. He and his guys removed everything from our roof, replaced damaged wood, then installed flashing, 2 layers of underlayment and all the other necessary stuff. And then the tropical storm hit. This company is honest, has excellent pricing, and does what they say they are going to do. They fixed a leaking area on our roof and also did work for my sisters house that had a bad case of termite damage. My sisters new roof looks beautiful! The owner is very easy to communicate with as well.

Rick was referred to me by a mutual contact. I had already gotten another estimate from somebody else and really need to shop around considering how expensive these jobs can be. After Rick came and saw my place without me being there he gave me what I felt to be a very fair price. It was quite a bit lower than the first one. However, I thought to get another quote. I asked a contractor friend what he thought. He said it's really a great price. I was going to get a third quote, but after building a text/phone call relationship with him I decided to go with him and not pursue more quotes. I was hopeful he wasn't gonna find any more damage and cost more but that never happened. His original quote, plus what I added were on point! Communicating with him was very easy he was responding to me in a timely fashion .... (allow time for him because he was working!) he got back to me in a decent time. He was able to do the roof, schedule inspector for both year off and completion inspections, order all needed items, bring great guys. I guess in the world of roofs mine is beautiful now. I also had him put a solar tube up on the roof and it looks fantastic. My neighbors complimented me on how hard his crew works and how much they clean up and if you could see the angle of how they had to bring everything into my driveway they really had to work a lot harder because it was just wasn't gonna be an easy job due to my property angle. His staff, although I didn't get their names, were very friendly! (Thank you guys!) But Rick and his staff came through in a most amazing way. I cannot recommend this guy enough. Wish he did other jobs..... I would use him on those too! Thank you Rick!
