From the front desk person to the doctor doing my eye exam were very professional, helpful and Dr Way took her time to explain everything and make me feel very comfortable under her care

My first time here. Wow! Very impressed. Everyone here really seems to care . Excellent customer service! Dr. Rojas was very thorough and knowledgable.Front staff excellent. Took time to explain my insurance options . I would very definitely recommend coming here . Very clean and bright store. Good selection of glasses too.

Good experience overall. Could have been perfect score, but was a little disappointed how there was an insurance miscommunication issue in which I had to pay out of pocket, and get reimbursed by insurance company when my insurance is accepted here.
