I was incredibly impressed with Bob, the salesperson, with whom we worked. He was super professional and very honest. Such a lovely departure from other window companies I have worked with. I would happily recommend Pelican to anyone!

Highly recommend this company. Evan is a low key estimator, no sales pressure. Quality work from the installers. They even replaced the 2 x 2 wood framing around 2 of my windows. Good product and warranty. I asked Evan to "downgrade" the replacement windows on my order to save a little $. He complied but in hindsight, I should have taken him up on the better quality window. When I replaced my ~20 year old vinyl windows, it was colder inside in the winter months - not a big deal but I remember that he mentioned this and he was right! Great company. Will definitely use again to get my 2 1975 condo slider doors replaced.

They installed all of the windows and sliding doors in my house and I was satisfied with the owner Evan and his team Jodie, Eli and the rest of their staff for a job well done! They are super responsive to my requests and took care of our home. Kudos!
