We love Palomar Animal Hospital! Kind, understanding, and professional front desk staff and vet techs, excellent veterinarians with warm and personable bedside manner for both people and pets, a very nice office with plenty of parking, and overall a great culture and philosophy of care. Highly recommend.
I have been going to Palomar Animal Hospital with my dog Billy for his past few vet visits, and there are no words to describe how happy I am that I chose them to care for my boy. Right off the bat the front desk staff are incredibly kind, enthusiastic, relaxed and always greet me with a smile when I walk in. The enviroment is clean, welcoming and a calm space. Billy has been seeing Dr. Mason who is frequently accompanied by a tech named Randyn. Both Dr. Mason and Randyn are always incredibly thorough during exams and give me full transparency and honesty with each visit. I can always count on them to give me the answers I'm looking for. Everyone was very nice and professional; Dr. Knox took good care of our dog and took the time to explain everything to us. We just moved in the area, and we were welcomed by all the staff at Palomar. This is our new hospital for our pup! Thank you all.
