Scan - Optum is the absolute care we have ever had all the way around. Why on Earth would they close on a Saturday? The other two Urgent Care locations for Optum are closed on weekends all together. Stay clear of this insurer. Communication is horrible at Primary care locations, insurance company, and add the extremely limited Urgent Care locations and hours. (So sad Scripps no longer accepts Medicare Advantage.)

I'm giving 2 stars because they actually answer their phones, and Dr. Moasis at least tried . Unfortunately , as is with pretty much every medi cal and dental establishment these days, the staff, nurses and assistants are often rude and incompetent. That's if they even answer the phone. They'll complain about how busy they are , but ignore insurance requests from carriers, and cant return calls until you leave at least 3 messages at the front desk. Optum, unfortunately is a sign of the times . All too common in today's world!

The worst doctor experience ever! I had a thumb injury. The doctor entered the room and without even looking at my hand told me my thumb wasn't broken. She said my tendons were injured. She refused to perform an x-ray. The next day I had to go to a different urgent care.
