Artie from Lomack was very courteous. The price was fair and service was excellent. Artie is one of those rare technicians who will use equipment to diagnose an issue and provide you with the most cost effective remedy...not always telling you that you have to replace an entire unit. He came up with a repair that saved us thousands of dollars and enabled us to get a few more years out of our current air conditioning unit. We were happy to subscribe to their maintenance plan because we trust that they'll take good care of us in the future.

We've used them a few times and it's been a pleasure having such caring professional service. Recently our technician, Caleb, installed a thermostat for us and maintenance on our furnace. He was timely, professional and went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. We will for sure continue to use them for all our heating & air needs.

Working in property management, it is crucial to have vendors that leave a good impression with both the Tenant and property Owner. If we need to send someone out to a property and they are late, rude, or provide an excessively high bid, it can reflect poorly on us and damage our business relationships. After having their tech, Caleb, help at my personal residence these guys will be my preferred HVAC vendor. I was really impressed with their communication, promptness, honesty, and positive attitude given how hot it was! Thank you!
