I grew up skateboarding, snowboarding, and later got into biking (road and mountain biking), with very little concern of recovery, hoping my eternal youth would be enough for my body.where most people choose a physical or desk job - I have a hot tub service business and hunch over about 40 hours a week pursuing art- so i have the worst of both worlds in a physical sense Well at about 40, it’s hard to pretend I’m still young or my body will take care of itself. Lindy is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She does the absolute best consultation finding out all of your concerns and needs. Really focuses on your most problem areas. My shoulders have never felt so good!
