Useless patio doors that have let water in and damaged our floor boards. Crap warranty that is non transferrable and they won't help you if you don't have an original receipt. Doors are terrible quality to begin with, not even close to air tight even after weatherstripping.

Bad product. Bad warranty service. Purchased a Jeld-wen patio door. It will be our last purchase from them. The rollers on the patio door do not work, so the patio door closes improperly. The rollers for screen door also do not work. I contacted customer service, they need a ton of info from the door. I told them it is not accessible, patio door has been installed, I would have to take apart to get at info they want. Basically told, no warranty then. Stay away from Jeld-Wen products!

Despite replacing the windows of all twelve condos in 2007 and supplying pics of the stickers (no stamp on any glass) Jeld Wen "cannot locate your order" and thus cannot help me replace one single latch broken by a tenant. Accordingly, I let them know that when it comes time to relace the windows again in 2037, we will not be purchasing Jeld Wen and I will be writing bad reviews. Dealing with their "customer service" is a circular hell. "We need to see if it is covered by warranty" even though I have offered on multiple occasions to PAY for the replacement part and installation. It is as if they only offer robotic responses. This is very sad given they are manufactured here in Visalia, California. Sandy Oxley
