From start to finish, I have been very happy with the quality and professionalism of the company and the team that did the work. It's so hard to know you are selecting the right company when replacing your roof because we rarely have to do it, but I'm very happy with Roofing by Jake & Co. They promptly provided the estimate, answered my questions, helped me through the process, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend their services.

Knowing that I would need to replace my roof in a few years, I thought I could have some repairs done in the interim. I contacted Jake & Company for an estimate. They came out, looked at the roof, and told me that they wouldn't be able to guarantee the repairs because the roof really needed to be replaced. I took some time to think it over. In the meantime, they would reach out every so often to find out what I had decided to do or if I had questions. They would let me know their availability and the awareness of the potential of the price of materials going up. I eventually decided to go for it. I am so glad that I did. From the beginning to the end, it was a worry-free experience. Jim explained the process, sent me pictures of what they were seeing [turns out the roof was in bad shape]. I would ask questions and not only did Jim answer them, he gave me an education!!! When the job was done, and it was done on time, I was provided pictures of the final product. I was very pleased. Overall, everything they state on their site about their professionalism, work ethic, etc. is true. I saw and experienced it for myself. They are my benchmark for contracting services. Thank you Jim and crew!!!
