“So happy I found the Beauty Lounge in San Marcos, CA. Upon arrival, you are met with a beautiful waiting room with plenty of opportunities to take photos for the 'gram. It was almost too pretty. I was concerned that maybe they would try to do the hard upsell. Was I wrong! My experience was completely the opposite. When I arrived, I was pretty certain I wanted a specific treatment. They took the time to listen and understand my expectations. Then we had a discussion about what would really work for me. It was so refreshing to really have a consultation and not just a grab for my credit card. My appointment was with Jessica. She made sure we reviewed the procedure and even made some suggestions to improve the treatment. Her demeanor, friendliness and active listening, has made me a repeat customer.
