I am a Realtor and occasionally I run across people that need a good real estate attorney. A few years back I asked a title company who they would recommend and they recommended Hagar and Cotten. I've sent numerous people their way and have not been disappointed with the feedback I've gotten. Thank goodness I have not had to use them yet but when the need arises, I will give them a call.
Have used Jim and Cary for years..I have cases with many attorneys over the last 30 years and absolutely no one are as honest and trustworthy as them..They will give you the facts and no deception about your case. Can't recommend them enough...P.S. you won't see them advertise with huge ad on google or yellow pages or bus stops.. Stay away from the lawyers who advertise a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
