It's true, this studio is truly amazing. You can see my other reviews, I don't just freely give 5-star reviews. I have solid, yet not unreasonable standards by any means, as a central quality I require is following inner integrity as much as possible, in turn serving the public through that inner integrity. The first time I took a Kundalini Yoga class was in 2010 while living on the Big Island of Hawaii. I've finally come back to the practice (about time). I was really disappointed to see the only other studio close by, which was far closer (10-15 min. drive) was only offering online classes because of the current situation (to be honest, in direct conflict with trust and understanding in the divinity Yogic practices always approximate to be in unity with, as well as promoting self-responsibility, including your personal health...but I somewhat understand, as it's a business...but ultimately still clashes with the highest presiding themes of integrity [service over profits] and trust in the Divine design of everything). It takes me 45 minutes to drive to Great Divine Flow, but it's because it's so well worth it. The downside for me is, I can't come back and forth in one day if I'd want to do a morning and evening class. For something like Kundalini Yoga, I'm not willing to sacrifice going through a mediocre in-and-out business type of experience. This is a community and not just a business/ financial transaction, or a "workout" like some Yoga practices or business have made it into, though there is utility in the exercise aspect, too. Something to remember, the more fully you nourish your soul, the healthier and more vibrant the body you'll have, and exercising like a robot will not feed you in and out, and you'll just burn out on that eventually. You get your spiritual practice in and feed your soul's nutritional needs coming to this studio. I personally have never been a fan of Kirtan (chanting and sometimes dancing with the Harmonium - little wooden box keyboard instrument), but chanting on its own is literally very healing, and something I love to partake in. There is a lot to offer for both men and women alike that find resonance in these practices. I suggest to participate in the workshops/ courses they have to offer in order to really sink in and assimilate into the community and feel a deeper sense of connection. It's kind of like church, but even better. You'll find your center and build upon a strong foundation from within with regular practice and the community found here. Life will blow you in many different directions if you don't have those things, and I'm finding the old structures of life have become/ are continuing to become more fragile and less to depend on. People/ business are less able to sustain on the robotic motivation of profits, versus humanitarian/ soul purpose. This is a powerful outlet to find that self-reliance and community of like-minded/ spiritually aligned individuals here to live more of the potential of life provided to us. If you feel you're on the path to higher and higher discovery of yourself, your innate gifts, evolution of yourself and what we're evolving into as a collective species, you may very well find home coming here. Best of luck to you in finding those things for those that know they're on that path.

This is the best Kundalini Studio. The classes are great! The teachers are very mindful and care about your well being a lot. You are welcomed in very quickly and feel part of the community. I also took The Modern Priestess course at Great Divine Flow Yoga with Maharanj Kaur and it was awesome. It states and does teach you how to be in your own flow and approach your life with ease and grace from listening to your heart. It is hard to find the words to express how the subtle changes happen and the mind slows down and lets the heart speak. Don't hesitate to start going to their studio and being part of the great flow!

It is hard to find the words to express how the subtle changes happen and the mind slows down and lets the heart speak. You start to feel and speak differently and your truth comes out. I have learned so much about myself, have healed some old wounds that I had stuffed inside for so very long and most importantly I am in love with the possibilities of the person I can be today! My life is completely transforming. The bonus is you get supportive texts and videos during the day to stay on track. It's a no brainer, sign up!
