Graybill Medical Group - Melrose Office

Doctors are fabulous. That said, I've just spent the last two hours trying to get through. I called and waited in the queue for 35 minutes. I was caller number 5. When it came to one caller before me, the call got disconnected. I suspect someone picked up because the music stopped and then hung up. I called back and had to start the entire process over again.... and got disconnected after 28 minutes. I've left my number in the past for a return call, but never received a call back. I have no idea how this office has been allowed to run the way it has been recently. Perhaps BBB or the Medical board needs to also be contacted.

I stand by the others who have issues with their communication system. It is AWFUL. We have been on hold for 45 minutes (had to hang up because I was on my lunch break), and once again for another 20 minutes...no answer. My 80 plus year old mother had to drive herself to the office to schedule an appointment! Her primary care physician has been nothing less than great. But, it's too bad we can't schedule an appointment with her in a manner that is convenient to the patient!

Where do I begin?

1. Upon switching to Graybill, I had to complete the enrollment paper of 3 separate occasions due to the office claiming they didn’t receive them.
2. Called to schedule well checks for my kids. Informed them I had a new insurance and the date shouldn’t be based on the prior year because of it. Still wouldn’t allow me to book an earlier appt.
3. I changed physicians. My current one is great, but the previous one I had kept mis-diagnosing me based on my age and race. Went in for knee pain and prior to ordering x-rays or labs, she diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. Proceeded to prescribe Gabapentin and Lyrica. I had... read full review
