This review is for the lack of ability to reach anyone in the office by telephone. The answering service is horrible. Don't try to call because you will wait on hold for 15 minutes at least, probably being disconnected a time or two, then when they finally get your call, it's someone in a call center taking your name and phone number to have someone call you back within 24-48 hours!! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Most people that are calling are doing so on a work break or lunch break, and don't have all day to wait on hold or for a call back to make a simple appointment! Do better Graybill!
This is by far the most difficult people to get a hold of on the phone. Whether to get an appointment or results info you will be put on hold for half an hour to an hour just to reach no one after being redirected to the Vista office number. And this happens no matter what time you call I've tried calling mornings and afternoons there is nobody there 9/10 times. If you somehow manage to get someone on the phone do not let them hang up I swear these people have no customer service available for patients. I even call them back less than 5 minutes after they call me and leave a message asking me to return their call while I was at work and I get put on hold for half an hour....read full review
Impossible to get a hold of over the phone. Had to show up in person just to make an appointment. When I finally got on the televisit, they told me that I had to choose between two of the three health issues I'm having because they only have time to discuss up to 2 health concerns. That I would need to call back and make another appointment to discuss the third issue. So I just gave up because I don't have time to drive back down there to just to make an appointment. I have tried calling back since and still cannot get a hold of them.From what I have experienced, the nurses are all polite and attentive, and trying their best. I don't know if this place is just seriously understaffed or what is going on but I have had multiple bad experiences here.
