My experience with MedClaims began nearly 5 years ago, while I worked as a doctor for my previous employer. I have been rather impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism throughout. For this reason, I hired MedClaims for myself when I started my own corporation. Luis in particular went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued client. He guided me throughout the entire process and helped with issues that would inevitably arise along the way. Should I have any concerns at all, MedClaims would address it in a very timely manner. I have been working with this company for many years since 2002 end. I appreciate their hard work, professionalism and honesty. They are flexible and nice. I trust them with my business and if you try them, I am sure you will be happy with them too. I am glad I went with a small company for my billing.

I have been working with this company for 3 years now and I have been very impressed with their professionalism and how easy they are to work with. They are extremely fair, knowledgeable, honest and on top of things. I believe small companies are the way to go because they still have time to focus on and prioritize customer service and Medclaims is no exception. I can't recommend them highly enough for your medical billing!
