Crisp Cleaning

I am listing my home for sale and wanted a deep cleaning of the entire house. Crisp Cleaning is amazing! Best money I've spent in a long time. The Crisp Cleaning team went the extra mile to ensure all surfaces were spotless and all appliances looked brand new. My older microwave looked so good that potential buyers requested that it convey with the house. They even deep cleaned my stove hood filters to the point I no longer needed to replace them. Even my 16 year old dishwasher shines like it did the day it was purchased. Crisp Cleaning actually saved me money by revitalizing my older appliances. I highly recommend this company!

I have been working with Rebecca and her team for about 6 months now. Prior to finding Rebecca, I had used many different companies and found they were great. I was completely satisfied by a few and not so satisfied by others. After time, some of the workers would show up like they didn't really want to be there, felt rushed or unhappy. Once, I even had a worker solicit me as she was starting her own business and felt undervalued by her owner. But enough about the OTHER companies. Let me tell you about this one.... When I first reached out to Rebecca, she came over and inspected my home to give me an estimate. She was extremely personable and kind. We had conversations about business and she said she is picky when hiring for the exact reason above. She wants workers who actually ENJOY cleaning, not just someone who needs a job. As a customer, it is already nerve-racking (at least for me) to make someone else clean up your home (even though you're paying them). I just feel bad, so to have someone who really truly doesn't mind doing it is soooo helpful. I have twin boys that are 4 years old, one of whom is special needs so I don't always have the time to get everything "in shape" for their arrival. They always show up with smiles on their faces and seem GENUINE in their desire to help. With my initial cleaning, it seemed incredibly pricey especially since I had previously had 3 other cleaning companies in my home in the previous months, but I agreed because it seemed like they would be doing more than the typical. Boy was I impressed!!! They even cleaned my fireplace cover! :O My TV.. things you wouldn't typically think about. Every 2 weeks they come back and do an amazing job with a warm smile. They are consistent and dependable. I have always had problems in the past because the employees never stuck around or called out etc for previous companies. Rebecca must be an amazing boss who treats her employees well because I always have the same ladies and they seem genuinely happy to be there. Fran and Millene are two of the girls. They seem to have a system too. Millene is always working the kitchen while Fran is upstairs. They are fantastic! They even empty and load my dishwasher which no other cleaning service I've worked with has done! If you leave random things out that they would have no clue what to do with, they organize them in a cute way to make your home look nice. I am beginning to feel like this company is similar to family to me at this point since it's the same people over and over again. It's good to work with good and nice people and I am excited that I found them. They are more expensive than some of the other companies I've had, but let me tell you right now.. there is absolutely a reason for that. Not having to deal with the headaches of cancellations, new people in your home all the time, attitudes from workers, a half done job etc... I thought the previous companies I worked with did a 5 star job, but then I met Rebecca and her crew. They have set a new bar. In closing, as a busy mom of twin toddlers, a 12 year old and a mom special needs child who, mind you, is also starting a small business, this company has changed my life for the better. They are so much more than just a cleaning crew. :)

Rebecca personally cleaned our apartment and did a truly wonderful, thorough job. Our kitchen, shower, and flooring were especially clean and she took care to clean baseboards, fans, light switches, and the refrigerator really well. We appreciated her suggestions for doing spot cleaning ourselves and her frequent communication ahead of and during the cleaning.
