Husband uses them for cryo therapy and I use them for cryo facials. We both have noticed quick results! I was suffering from pregnancy related acne for months. I did everything under the sun to fix it with no luck. One cryo facial session and I saw instant improvement within days! Looking forward to coming back. Friendly and helpful customer service as well.

I went into Chill Spot the first time not knowing what to expect and was put at ease. The entire process was explained to me and I was able to ask for a modified session of only 2 minutes at a lower level temp (which is warmer than the higher level, ha). I went into the cryo unit sore from working out with a new training schedule and came out feeling refreshed and ready to work! I remember sitting down to tie my shoes and saying out loud, "I didn't feel any soreness in my thighs!". I have since gone back and went full force, 3 minutes at level 3. Highly recommend Chill Spot Cryo! So many health benefits to cryo and the staff here is awesome- I wouldn’t go anywhere else! If you’re at all considering cryo- just do it! You won’t regret it!
