Very friendly staff and great service always. You can tell they really care about animals and love what they do. Honestly have nothing negative to say about them or what they do. I highly recommend going!!!! 5 stars all the way

Great vet! So happy we found them last year. We recently moved from Oceanside to Downtown San Diego and we still make that drive to this vet office. We feel comfortable and trust the Dr. here! I feel no pressure treatment wise for anyone scared about pricing. My baby Arlo is super hyper and sometimes I feel judged by it, but everyone here makes me feel so welcomed and is always super caring and nice! Thank you for everything you do for the fur babies!! What a beautiful experience I had coming to Alta Mira. The staff is so amazing and caring. I have a reactive Doberman on the leash and they were so understanding, they had us come in through a safer entrance which made me feel instantly calmer. Truly a comforting staff. My dobie is a big baby and is scared everything and I can tell she felt comfortable with the staff. During our appt I never felt rushed and they genuinely listened and explained everything throughly. Thank you so much Alta Mira! Velvet and I enjoyed our visit we appreciate the amazing experience.
