I was very impressed with my care at this office with Dr. Raven. She was able to see me the same day for a dental emergency and immediately repaired my tooth and ordered a new crown. I felt completely comfortable and experienced no pain. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Raven.

Myself and family of 5 have stopped going to Williams Family Dental for a handful of reasons. Reason#1, Dr. Nickel refused to treat my Autistic son because of one failed appointment. I explained that my son was ready now, and we had comfort plans in place in case my son got nervous, he still refused. (Side note, it was a blessing in disguise because once we took him to children's dentist the "5" cavities that needed filings were all of a sudden not there anymore. No treatment was needed, just a check up and cleaning. My son did fine.) Reason #2 for over a year and a half I was dealing with problems from their horrible lab. I needed 4 front crowns replaced. Each time the crowns would come back the color would be off. I finally settled for the last set because Dr. Chandler made me feel like I was the problem. (I will include pictures if possible. All crowns in the picture were done by Williams family dental) now I'm stuck with what I call "rainbow smoker- white looking teeth". I asked for 1 shade down from the whitest shade possible. Reason #3 I developed a bubble in between my 2 front crowns (possibly from them being put in wrong) well Williams Family dentistry referred me to a periodonist that left a gap in my gums. This smile I was left with is so embarrassing!!! I thought this was a family oriented, Christian Practice, but I guess not. I gave 2 stars because their dental hygienist and dental assistance are super nice. I really wish things would have worked out. This experience has left me scared to try another dentist in Visalia.
