Shoutout to Jesse for saving the day. He fixed the bent arm on my little sister’s glasses and the frame looks good as new! Jesse was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I will be back to purchase glasses for myself and am requesting his assistance again. Thank you, Jesse!

I already phoned in massive kudos for Zeny, an optician here--so this is for Jessy, another rare find who's professional and personable. Not only was he proactive in (a) carrying out his "basic duties" as an optician, but he went beyond the call of duty in making sure I understood all that pertained to (b) the different types/available treatments of eyeglass lenses, but the care and cleaning of the ones I got. Both Zeny and Jessy are keepers. :-)

I don't understand the negative reviews; do check their Google reviews, as they have a 5-star average (more than 100 reviews). IMO the East Noble Walmart Vision Center is great--especially two of its main opticians Jessy and Zeny. Both were prompt, professional and personable. I was quickly notified that both eyeglasses were ready, and seen even sooner. I have no complaint whatsoever about the end products. Nothing like the "mills" on Mooney, where you'll be waiting or hours before someone notices you, then you get charged a fortune for frames. Not here: Prices are *extremely* reasonable as well.
