Best review I've written and didn't spend a dime. Thomas spent many hours of his valuable time helping me determine if a tension attached pool cover would fit in my yard. I have a small pool, small yard and limited concrete space for anchors. Him going back and forth with the manufacturer, analyzing my photos and calculating measurements was all in good faith not knowing whether or not I could become a customer. Customer service is not dead folks. Valley Pool Guard is the best choice.
