I had a really great shopping experience. That was my first time spending the money. I was on a high-quality foundation. It didn't take long for me to be greeted, and I was vlogging, so I wanted to make sure my followers see my experience when shopping for a foundation and concealer. Young lady with the long brownish black hair helped me out and was very patient with my needs. I came in on May 14th 2024 and I'm happy to say that I left with the perfect foundation. Both eyebrow ladies working just standing one looking miserable the other feeling bothered to have a customer… walked in they were both just talking about DoorDash or picking up their order… I asked for eyebrows and upper lip she looks at her schedule says she has no openings yet until 1:30pm she’s just standing there. She said it would take her more than 10 mins to wax my eyebrows. I just walked out. She did a good job last time but this time she seemed bothered to work.
Walked in just to look and left spending $200 thanks to the sweetest, most helpful employee, Yasmeen. She walked me through the entire store and answered every question I had in detail. It was clear that she was knowledgeable about the products and was able to anticipate my needs. I loved everything she recommended and I will definitely be back!
