I tried Shiatsu Therapy at the recommendation of a fellow co-worker. Persistent back pain, unrelieved by conventional, conservative self-treatment, was what led to my encounter. I am grateful to my co-worker for her recommendation and to Shiatsu Therapy for the treatment provided.WARNING: This treatment is not for the individual seeking the soothing, Swedish-style massage. The therapist will have you crawling out of your skin during the experience. This woman will absolutely brutalize you in a good way. Do not eat before coming here, you will be walked in and pressed down on. Was almost too much at a few points but I zoned out and enjoyed it. Felt great after.

It seems a bit funky when you walk in but it’s the best massage. It’s a lot of deep tissue massage. She doesn’t use oil. She also walks on your back. She has a heater and fan in the room so the temperature is always comfortable.
