These people ripped off my elderly mother I hope the owners and employees have to answer for it one day and if any employee reads this I hope they do the right thing quit and find a reputable place to work

Are you the type of person who, when, let's say you're having a prescription filled, and the pharmacist comes out and says he can use the brand name med for $1000, but for $10 there's a generic that will do the same thing and cure you just as well, goes ahead and gets the brand name anyway? If so Roto Rooter may be for you. Had them come out to do some septic work, and while they were here, noticed a leaking pipe by the well. I asked if they could take a look at it since they were already here. They gave me an estimate of $2200, a job that an independent plumber later did for $220.
Also, the septic work wasn't done correctly.

Overpriced and unprofessionalI called this place because I had an emergency plumbing issue, my toilets were all clogged and they were the ones that came up as fast and 24/7 service, so I called and someone came out that evening. Well after 2 hours of waiting for them to clean it out, they come back and tell me I have a septic tank. They then wanted to dig it up out of the ground to get access to it and drain it because that’s where the pluming was backing up. They dug up my whole side yard and it took them about 4 days to complete the work. They charged me $400 per worker to come and complete the job, on top of $2,000 for the first job and over $5,000 for the second... read full review
