We called ProRooter for my brother's Kitchen Sink, as the water was backing up significantly. Our interactions with the Plumber James Hughan was very professional, and he did an excellent job of meeting our expectations of what was to be done. He quoted us correctly and went above and beyond to see that our job was finished satisfactorily. I cannot recommend this service enough. James answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way I could understand as well as maintained a friendly and professional attitude. With my past experiences with plumbing specialists I had expected thing to not go so smoothly so it was not only a surprise, but a blessing.

The pipe to my house burst and flooded the backyard. No other plumbers I called said they could make it out for another couple days, but Pro Rooter made it to our house in an hour and had the pipe fixed an hour later. Then when the pipes inside the house got inevitably clogged with sediment, they took the time to walk us through the ways to clear them at no extra charge. Quick, efficient service at a reasonable price!

Had a shower pressure problem and thought it would be a small and quick job. Well it was wishful thinking. They came out and really went the extra mile to get things up and working well. They did an excellent job.
