I appreciate Luisa and Patron Tax for being knowledgeable and helpful in processing my taxes. For the past few years I was using self-service websites. However, this year my tax situation was a bit more complicated with multiple W-2 and a cashed out retirement. This led to a situation where I was not familiar with certain questions the DIY software asked and was left with a large amount due to the IRS. I needed a second opinion rather than accepting the amount due. After reaching out to Luisa at Patron Tax, I explained my situation and she reviewed my documentation. I think this place is really good. It’s so easy to look for the location. They also play music that you say that you want. We went to a person and they charged us for her thing and then we tried here at it’s perfect, no charges on something we didn’t do. (I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AKA MODERN BROKERS)

Oscar was very informative and knowledgeable while preparing my tax return. After looking over my last year’s return he quick found why I had been audited. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. He also was able to meet the filing deadline for my daughter’s Oregon tax return! I highly recommend Patron Tax!
