Rude receptionist. Called at 3:30 to ask if I can schedule an appointment and register as a new patient. And all she did was say "Call back on Monday, I want to get out of here." Like really? Rude b****. Hire some new receptionists that actually do their jobs rather than tell a patient to call back another day cuz they want to go home.

I would not recommend this OD as their receptionist was rude and displayed insurance-based discrimination. This is prejudicial treatment of a patient based on his/her insurance status.I called to make an appt as a new client and after I told her my insurance she said they didn't have any available appt unitl next month and immediately hung up. She didn't try to set an appt. with me, and I felt that should had been her next step.
