I have been going to Lash Ink for 6 years. I started out with Alyssa, who at the time had only been doing lashes for 7 months. She did a great job. I always got compliments on my lashes. It was obvious she was trained well. When Alyssa left I was put on Suzy's schedule, the owner. To this day, I still get compliments on my lashes. Even when I'm due for a fill my lashes still look good. They do not start twisting in every direction when growing out. She uses high quality products (not the thick plastic looking lashes) and always puts the health of my lashes first.

I paid for a makeup tutorial, which I desperately needed ( I truly have no clue how to properly apply makeup now that I'm a bit older). Suzy is the owner, and she did my makeup while teaching me all of the important details. She highlighted which products were best, and how to apply them with the right tools. Tools are very important, I learned! At the end my $55 included makeup, which was a bonus, since I didn't know that. I absolutely LOVED the way I looked!!! Dark spots & wrinkles diminished, and my face looked glowing & healthy. I will be keeping this place in my back pocket for all beauty needs going forward! Thank you Suzy!

Ruth H. Your loss. I have been a customer of Suzy's for over 15 years. The quality of work by her is something you will never find in other places. She teaches her staff not only great techniques but educates on the health of an individual's lashes so you dont end up having no real lashes permanently. She can always tell when I am not taking my vitamins because the state of my natural lashes. Best facials too!! Mistakes can happen at least you were called back and amends were attempted to be made.
