This has been the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with an optical office. I came here because I saw they were having a good deal on glasses. The prescription wasn’t right so I came back after 24 hours of receiving them and was told that I needed to give it more time to adjust. I gave it two weeks and they still weren’t working for me so I made an appointment to check out the problem. The manager called me a day before the appointment to tell me they needed to re-schedule. We needed glasses really bad and decided to stop in. Luis the optical associate was very friendly and helped us get a good deal on a pair of frames and lenses. The manager and other staff were also friendly and diligent. They have a good selection and pricing compared to some of the other opticians offices we went to. Thank you guys :-)
